HONOURING THE GOODNESS AND THE BAWDNESS OF JAMAICAN MUSIC CULTURE

IN-PERSON

Rewind/Forward opened with a sweet bash on September 10, 2022. Classic dancehall set blasted through indie record label Telephone Explosion’s portable system; People sipped free champagne cola and peanut punch with their plantain chips. Folks of all backgrounds communing through Toronto's bass music culture.

It was bless.

After being extended by almost a year, the in-person exhibit came down. More life left, though...
